Free estimates are provided as a courtesy and are subject to change based on site inspection and final project scope. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered during the project. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
ESP El Dorado Hills Roof Solutions carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or other property features unless caused by gross negligence.
You are responsible for ensuring pets are secured and valuables are protected during our work. We are not liable for any losses that occur due to theft or damage by third parties.
When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your roofing project. You are responsible for ensuring that the work complies with any HOA requirements or deed restrictions.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in El Dorado County, California, in accordance with California law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
